SBF has been appointed by Workforce Singapore (WSG) as the Programme Manager for the Career Conversion Programmes (CCP), Internationalisation: Overseas Markets Immersion Programmes (OMIP), CCP for Professional Executives (CCP-PE), CCP for SME Executives (CCP-SME), CCP for Sustainability Professionals (CCP-S) and CCP for Wholesale Trade Professionals and Associates (CCP-WTPA).
The CCP aims to support companies in finding the right talents by helping them recruit and train their employees so that they have a ready pool of talent with practical skills to support their operations and to reskill existing employees to take up a new or redesigned role in their respective sector.

LEARN MORESBF’s Jobs-Skills Integrator for Wholesale Trade Sector (JSIT-WST) programme aims to drive growth and innovation in the Wholesale Trade sector by equipping companies with the tools they need to build a skilled and adaptable workforce. Through this
programme, companies will have access to expert advisory services provided by SBF’s Job Skill Advisors (JSAs), who will assist in enhancing and optimising their human capital capabilities.
The Mid-Career Pathways Programme is a full-time attachment programme which supports mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above, to widen their professional networks and gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience. The attachments last between four to six months.
The Progressive Wage (PW) Mark is an accreditation scheme to recognise eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers. From 1 March 2023, the Government will require suppliers and eligible sub-contractors who are awarded Government contracts
to be accredited with the PW Mark, starting with contracts with larger value. The PW Mark accreditation scheme will be administered by the Singapore Business Federation on behalf of the Tripartite Partners, as part of a national effort to uplift the wages and well-being of lower-wage workers.

Mentors, SBI aims to help companies address pertinent business challenges by providing training services tailored to upgrading capabilities and up-skilling the workforce.
