NOTICE OF 24^TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SINGAPORE BUSINESS FEDERATION (SBF) 

Notice is hereby given that the 24^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SBF will be held on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, 2.30pm at the Grand Ballroom of One Farrer Hotel (Level 6), located at 1 Farrer Park Station Rd, Singapore 217562.

 

Agenda:  

1. Consider and approve the Minutes of the 23^rd Annual General Meeting held on 24 June 2025
2. Consider and receive the Annual Report of the Federation for 2025
3. Consider and receive the Audited Accounts of the Federation for 2025
4. Election of Council Members
5. Any other business

Future Ready Business (FRB) Dialogue 

In conjunction with the AGM, SBF is hosting the Future Ready Business (FRB) Dialogue with Mr Chan Chun Sing, Coordinating Minister for Public Services and Minister for Defence after the AGM on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, 4.15 pm. The FRB Dialogue is one of SBF’s flagship platforms for business leaders to engage in forward looking discussions on issues that shape long term strategy, leadership, and risk considerations. 

The FRB Dialogue is a ticketed event. However, if the Authorised Representative registers to attend both the AGM and FRB Dialogue, attendance is free of charge/complimentary.  

Attendance and Registration

Attendance at the AGM is open to Authorised Representatives of SBF Members. An Authorised Representative refers to a person who acts on the Member’s behalf.

Authorised Representatives would have received the Notice of AGM with registration details. If you have not received the Notice or wish to register, please contact us at [email protected].
