About ASEAN Business Advisory Council (Singapore)
Aligned with the Chairmanship of ASEAN, Singapore held the Chairmanship of ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN BAC) in 2018. The ASEAN BAC was inaugurated in April 2003 following the decision of the ASEAN leaders at the 7th ASEAN Summit in Bandar Seri Bengawan, Brunei Darussalam on 5 - 6 November 2001. The ASEAN BAC is mandated by the ASEAN leaders as the official ASEAN linkage to provide private sector feedback and guidance to boost ASEAN's effort towards economic integration, to identify priority areas for consideration by the ASEAN leaders, and to provide policy recommendations to the ASEAN leaders.
The Singapore Business Federation is appointed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore to perform the role of the national secretariat for ASEAN BAC (Singapore), in providing support for the works of ASEAN BAC (Singapore) Council Members.

ASEAN Business Awards (ABA)
The ASEAN Business Awards (ABA) is a prestigious international event held annually by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) since 2007.
As a prestigious international-level event, the ASEAN Business Awards 2023 will seek and recognize ASEAN business enterprises and individuals that drive growth through innovative solutions, as well as those that prioritize sustainability in their endeavors.
The awards emphasize the importance of collaboration and community empowerment in pursuing a more inclusive ASEAN society, highlighting the crucial role of partnerships in fostering peace and prosperity throughout the region.

ASEAN Business and Investment Summit 2023
ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ABIS) 2023 is Southeast Asia’s premier business-led annual forum, uniting the private sector from across the region and its partner countries.
Comprising thought-provoking sessions and exploration of strategic investment projects, the summit will also gather Heads of State and Governments, global and regional business leaders and thinkers as the main participants.
