ABOUT THE CAREER CONVERSION PROGRAMME

SBF has been appointed by Workforce Singapore (WSG) as the Programme Manager for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for the following professionals.

  • Overseas Markets Immersion Programme (OMIP) - Programme coming soon
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Professionals and Coordinators (CCP-SCL)
  • Sustainability Professionals (CCP-S)
  • Wholesale Trade Professionals and Associates (CCP-WTPA)

The CCP aims to support companies by alleviating risks as they train and develop mid-career talents to take on new jobs. This allows companies to expand their search for talents who do not fit 100% into the role. In addition, companies could also tap into this programme to reskill existing employees to take on new roles.

CCP- Sustainability Professionals

Globally with the increasing focus on sustainability, more companies are starting to embrace sustainability practices. It is projected that more existing jobs will gradually be created or redesigned into new “green roles” such as carbon management. CCP-S assists companies train individuals to take on new roles or to be reskilled to take on new “green roles” and drive transformation.

CCP-S is offered in two modalities:

  • Place and Train (6 months duration): For new hires
  • Job Redesign/ Reskilling (3 months duration): For existing employees who required to be reskilled to take on redesigned or new sustainability-related role

CCP- Supply Chain & Logistics Professionals and Coordinators (CCP-SCL) For Existing Employees Only (Job Redesign and Reskilling)

CCP-SCL for Job Redesign and Reskilling (JRR) aims to reskill current employees with the necessary competencies to take up roles in areas such as solutions designing, data analytics, planning and sourcing, supply chain planning, project management, and supply chain engineering.

CCP- Wholesale Trade Professionals and Associates

The CCP-WTPA program provides targeted support to companies experiencing business or process transformations, especially those affecting their wholesale trade operations or functions. The program promotes job redesign by encouraging employers to critically assess, optimize, and enhance the value proposition of key roles like Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Risk Manager, Decision Support Analyst, Operations Assistant, and Procurement Assistant.

CCP-WTPA is offered in two modalities:

  • Place and Train (3 months - Rank-and-File / 6 months - PMETs): For new hires
  • Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) (3 months duration): For existing employees who required to be reskilled to take on redesigned or new wholesale trade related role
