First Build: go from exploring AI to actually deploying it

Most businesses have tried AI by now. Fewer have it running in their real work. First Build helps you close that gap.

In one hands-on workshop, you build an AI agent for a real workflow in your business, and walk out with the tools and deployment support to get it working live in your business.

An SBF programme, supported by IMDA, First Build is designed for business teams, not IT people. No technical background needed to attend.

How it works

Each run focuses on one business workflow, for example, a customer service task, an FP&A process, document management, etc.

You bring a real problem from your business. With our technology partners guiding you step-by-step, you build an AI agent to solve it.

You come as a pair: one decision maker, and one who handles the day-to-day, so the prototype reflects your business priority and fits how the job really gets done.

What you walk away with

• A working AI prototype for your chosen task.
• The prompts behind it, to reuse and adjust.
• A clear plan to put it to work within your business environment, on your own systems and data.
• You may also qualify for government funding support (under IMDA’s GenAI x Digital Leaders initiative).
