About CCP - HUMAN CAPITAL PROFESSIONALS (CCP-HC)
The Career Conversion Programme for Human Capital Professionals (CCP-HC) supports mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) to convert into Human Resources (HR) job roles, as well as reskilling existing employees to take on growth HR roles or skills through structured On-the-Job Training to acquire foundational or functional HR competencies as per IHRP’s Body of Competencies (BOC) and Growth HR or Emerging HR Skills and Competencies.

Programme

PMETs = Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians, refer to SSOC Major Groups 1 to 3. Click here to access Singapore Standard Occupational Classification (SSOC).

 

Eligibility Criteria

The company will need to meet the following criteria to be eligible for WSG funding support:

  • Must be able to offer full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary of at least S3,200 and the position must have at least a 12-month employment contract
  • To develop a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) Plan and a Career Development Plan

Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) must meet the following criteria to be eligible for WSG salary support.

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with little or no prior experience
Training Criteria

New Hires (4 Months Training Duration)

 

Existing Employees (3 Months Training Duration)

For companies interested in the program or with suitable candidates, please CLICK HERE to apply with the following information for SBF to verify eligibility. SBF will then arrange a meeting to discuss the program and the application process:

1) Candidate Latest CV

3) Latest Company ACRA (within 6 months)

 

Please note that SBF will require around 2 - 3 weeks to review the application after all necessary information and documents are submitted.
