Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong underscored the importance of business-friendly regulations that support the growth of businesses on both local and global fronts, at the 11^th Pro-Enterprise Panel-Singapore Business Federation (PEP-SBF) Awards 2023 held on 29 November. He urged increased collaboration between government and businesses to maintain Singapore's status as a leading business destination. SBF Chairman Lim Ming Yan delivered the welcome remarks and emphasised the need for strategic regulatory frameworks supporting fair competition, consumer protection, and market stability.
