The Workforce Transformation Associate supports enterprises to translate business priorities into practical workforce actions, skills pathways, and implemented solutions through structured advisory, solution packaging and programme delivery.
This is a commercially and outcome-driven role with a core mandate to convert enterprise demand into delivered and revenue-generating workforce and capability solutions. The Associate guides companies to relevant workforce programmes, including Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package (EWTP) pathways and Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) or Overseas Market Immersion Programme (OMIP) where applicable, and to capability interventions through Singapore Business Institute’s (SBI) programmes.
The role requires disciplined execution to move engagements from advisory through to completed delivery, ensuring all outcomes are documented, auditable, and aligned to programme and governance requirements. This is a performance-driven role offering a competitive base salary together with a structured monthly incentive. Performance is assessed based on sustained monthly delivery, disciplined execution, and the ability to convert pipeline into completed and recognised outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Advisory and Diagnostic Engagement
Conduct structured discovery to identify employer business priorities and workforce implications, and translate these into practical workforce actions and skills pathways that support solution conversion and delivery.
Workforce Solution Packaging
Develop integrated proposals covering workforce consultancy, job redesign and capability development, structured around EWTP pathways where relevant. Package solutions into flagship programmes, enterprise workshops and clinics, and executive development offerings, ensuring all solutions are outcome-based, commercially viable and implementation-ready.
Funding Enablement and Compliance Support
Support companies in navigating workforce and training funding pathways by structuring engagements to meet programme requirements. Maintain disciplined documentation and ensure delivery practices comply with governance and regulatory expectations.
Solution Development in Priority Domains
Engage employers on key business transformation themes including AI-enabled productivity, sustainability-related capability development, workforce governance and employer readiness, and COMPASS-related workforce considerations, translating these into structured solution pathways.
Delivery Coordination and Reporting
Coordinate programme delivery and ensure completion evidence is properly captured for validation and revenue recognition. Maintain accurate, timely and auditable engagement records in required systems such as Nexus.
