ABOUT CCP- Professional Executives (CCP-PE)

The Career Conversion Programme for Professional Executives (CCP-PE) supports employers in equipping and converting local mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians (PMETs) into business support roles such as:

  • Administration
  • Business Development
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Operations
  • Project Management

Nominated mid-career individuals will undergo a 4-month structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) to acquire and be equipped with at least one digital skill competency (e.g. AI and data analytics, technology applications, etc) upon programme completion.

Participating companies will work with SBF, to create customised training plans for the employees. The training plan with a minimum of 4 months duration will consist of On-the-Job Training (OJT), optional classroom training, or both, depending on the company’s requirements.

 

The programme will support the company with Salary support:

  1. Standard rate: Up to 70% of monthly salary for CCP training duration (capped at $5,000 per month)

 

  1. Enhanced rate: Up to 90% of monthly salary for CCP training duration (capped at $7,500 per month)

-For SC/PR trainees aged 40 years and above in the year of commencement of the CCP, or SC/PR trainees who are unemployed and actively seeking employment for six months or more.

Professional Executives

Programme

Eligibility Criteria
For Employers

Participating companies must be:

  • Registered or incorporated in Singapore
  • Committed to work with WSG and SBF on the necessary administrative matters related to the programme
  • Must put in place structured On-the-Job training (OJT) and commit to CCP training arrangements for the trainees
  • Offer full time permanent or contract position with a minimum fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,000

 

Candidates under the programme must fulfil the following criteria

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Must have graduated from fulltime studies or completed NS (whichever later) at least 2 years prior at the point of application
  • Must not be connected to the CCP participating company

a) Shareholder of CCP company or its related companies;

b) Related to the owners of the CCP company; and

c) Immediate ex-staff of the CCP company or related entities

 

  • Must not be undergoing any programmes concurrently, for similar funding components and receiving manpower funding for salaries from other Government agencies for their operations
  • Must not have started training before application is approved

 

  1. Mid-Career Individuals (New Hires):
  • Application must be approved within 3 months of the employment date (minimum 4 weeks required for assessing upon submission of full information/documents)
  • Must not be in a similar job role prior to joining the CCP (i.e. Transit from different job role)
