SBF has been appointed by Workforce Singapore (WSG) as the Programme Manager for the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Advanced Manufacturing Engineer/ Assistant Engineers and Operators (CCP-AM), Internationalisation Professionals (CCP-I), Sustainability Professionals (CCP-S), and Supply Chain & Logistics Professionals and Coordinators (CCP-SCL).

The CCP aims to support companies to find the right talents by helping them recruit and train their employees so that they have a ready pool of talent with practical skills to support in their operations and to reskill existing employees to take up a new or redesigned role in their respective sector.

The Progressive Wage (PW) Mark is an accreditation scheme to recognise eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers. From 1 March 2023, the Government will require suppliers and eligible sub-contractors who are awarded Government contracts to be accredited with the PW Mark, starting with contracts with larger value. The PW Mark accreditation scheme will be administered by the Singapore Business Federation on behalf of the Tripartite Partners, as part of a national effort to uplift the wages and well-being of lower-wage workers.

The Mid-Career Pathways Programme is a full-time attachment programme which supports mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above, to widen their professional networks and gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience.  The attachments last between four to six months.
