Pooja is a seasoned professional, with over 18 years of rich and diverse experience as a commercial leader, start-up coach, consultant, educator and entrepreneur. She is the Founder and Director of Phoenix Investment & Advisory Services; a training and consulting company focused on helping young stage start-ups with new technology translation, business innovation and commercial excellence planning. Drawing from her deep expertise in driving marketing, customer development and commercial strategies for medical devices and healthcare products across global markets, she is an active trainer, educator and mentor for innovation incubators like NUS, Singapore Biodesign, NTU, SUTD, Duke-NUS, A*Star etc.

Pooja holds a Masters degree in Global Management  (Thunderbird ASU, USA), a Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A. Marketing) and a Bachelors of Technology degree in Computer Science.
