Overview

This workshop provides participants with a practical understanding of how to analyze, redesign, and implement effective business processes. Participants would learn how to identify areas of inefficiency, design new processes that align with business goals, and implement those changes in a way that maximizes efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The workshop would involve a combination of lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises to give participants practical experience in process redesign.

• Participants will only be admitted if payment/proof of payment has been received prior to the event or on event day.
