Project Value: Seeking joint venture partner for entry into Singapore and ASEAN markets

DIOD (http://ir.diod.ru/) is a Russian company that manufactures dietary supplements, health foods, and therapeutic cosmetics. As of end-2010, DIOD was the fourth largest company in the Russian consumer healthcare market by sales volume, and its brands include Capilar, Phase 2, Iod-Aktiv, Viardo Forte and Stella.

DIOD is looking to establish a joint venture partnership with a Singapore-based company to target the Singapore and other ASEAN markets with its range of naturally derived products and supplements.
