Statutory Members
A Local Statutory Member is a local company which has a paid up share capital of S$0.5 million and above and who is entitled to vote at SBF General Meeting.
A Foreign Statutory Member is a foreign company which has an authorized share capital of S$0.5 million and above and who is entitled to vote at SBF General Meeting.
The annual subscription fees for Statutory Members are as follows:

The annual subscription fees for Constituent Member is $2000.

Associate Members
A Local Associate Member is any organization in Singapore, being a society, sole proprietorship, partnership, association, statutory body, government agency, an unincorporated body, which elects to be admitted or is appointed as a Local Associate Member of SBF and who is not entitled to vote at SBF General Meeting.
A Foreign Associate Member is any overseas business or economic organization not being a Foreign Statutory Member or a Foreign Constituent Member, which elects to be admitted or is appointed as a Foreign Associate Member of SBF and who is not entitled to vote at SBF General Meeting.
The annual subscription fees for Associate Members are as follows:
