They are organizations representing the interests and welfare of any business groups or communities. Constituent members have voting rights. There are 2 types of constituent member, local and foreign.

A Local Constituent Member is any organization in Singapore including a local chamber of commerce and industry which represents the interests and welfare of any local or foreign business group(s) or local or foreign community group(s) and who has voting rights.

They include:
1) Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
2) Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
3) Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
4) Association of Banks in Singapore;
5) Association of Small and Medium Enterprises
6) Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore;
7) Singapore Contractors Association Ltd;
8) Singapore Manufacturers' Federation;

A Foreign Constituent Member is any foreign chamber of commerce and industry in Singapore which represents the interests and welfare of any business or company from a foreign country, or region or part of a foreign country, who is carrying on business in Singapore and has voting rights.

They include:
1) American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore;
2) European Chamber of Commerce, Singapore;
3) Korean Chamber of Commerce;
4) Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Singapore;
