REACH Registration Assistance Pilot Scheme

SPRING Singapore and the Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) has launched a REACH Registration Assistance Pilot Scheme in March this year to help companies comply with the European Union's (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) regulation.
About S$1million has been set aside under this scheme where companies intending to register their chemicals with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), can apply to offset a percentage of the costs in engaging consultants to assist them in their REACH registration.
