Public Consultation on Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA)

Dear SBF Member,
The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is inviting members of the public to provide feedback on the proposed changes to the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA), which have been launched on the REACH website.
The changes aim to strengthen MOM’s enforcement capabilities, tighten the integrity of the work pass framework and ensure the effectiveness of the foreign labour tightening measures. As the management of foreign workers is regulated by the EFMA, members may find it useful to keep abreast of the proposed changes to the regulatory framework and submit your feedback and suggestions to MOM.
