Joint Study on the Impacts of Foreign Worker Levy on Business Costs & Manpower Policies in the
Construction Sector


The Singapore Business Federation (SBF), Real Estate Developer’s Association of Singapore (REDAS) and The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) are conducting a joint study to further understand the sector’s foreign manpower policies and investigate the impacts of recent increase in FWL on the Construction sector. PART 1 of the survey will help the construction industry to gain insights into the current status and future outlook of foreign worker employment and the impacts of FWL increase. PART 2 of the survey focuses on the human resources practices.
