Component Business Model is a framework that aggregate business activities into components that can be shared across enterprise.

      Mr. Lim Teck Chang is an Associate Partner with IBM Global Business Services, and heads the Strategy and Transformation practice in Singapore. Mr. Lim has more than 17 years of consulting experience in corporate and operations strategy, operations management, change management and business process reengineering.

    • Mieke de Rooij - Senior Managing Consultant, IBM Global Business Services, Singapore
      Mrs. Mieke de Rooij is a Senior Managing Consultant in the Strategy and Transformation practice and currently working for the Innovation place at IBM Singapore. She is conducting workshop to share IBM’s thought leadership on how clients can leverage emerging technologies and the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (NGNBN) to transform their business model or offer innovative new services.
