Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Markets Advisory Service and SME Helpdesk is an advisory service cater to provide assistance to our members on a one-to-one basis with our panel of consultants.
Markets Advisory Service aims to provide market knowledge, facilitate networking and introduce contacts so as to ease market entry. At the same time, we also endeavor to assist members to take advantage of existing FTAs in order to tap into foreign markets. Currently, the Markets Advisory Service covers the following areas, namely, FTAs, ASEAN, South Asia (India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka), China (Fujian, Jilin and Shandong), Middle East (Egypt, Iran, Oman, UAE), North Africa (Algeria) and Europe (Italy).

SME Helpdesk aims to provide assistance to companies in areas such as Finance, Branding, Legal / Intellectual Property Rights, and Information On Government Incentives in order to enhance and upgrade their business capabilities.

Members who are interested to meet any of the Markets Advisory Service or SME Helpdesk representative may send an email, one (1) week in advance, to marketshelpdesk@sbf.org.sg or SMEhelpdesk@sbf.org.sg respectively to request for a timeslot which is available on an hourly basis. An administrative charge of $35 (SBF members) and $50 (Non members) (Inclusive of GST) is applicable for some of the services provided. Please refer to SBF website (www.sbf.org.sg) for more information.
