Introduction
After the Influenza A H1N1 outbreak in April 2009, many enterprises now see flu pandemic as a threat to business continuity. The Flu Pandemic Business Continuity Programme is to help businesses prepare to deal with the flu pandemic situation. It is also a stepping stone to encourage businesses to move towards full adoption of Business Continuity Management (BCM).
The programme will help enterprises to ascertain their ability to ensure continuity of their business operations in the event of a flu pandemic outbreak.
