Introduction
In today’s times, reliability and continuity of operations are key to business survival and competitive advantage. Recent downturn, ecological disasters and major failures have increased the focus on risk management and business continuity. Organizations are under tremendous pressure to adapt to changing risks and changing environment.

This two day training is aimed at helping organizations better understand Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) in today’s context and assist them in fulfilling their risk management or risk governance roles. It provides a forum to hear from risk professionals and network with counterparts in various organizations.

Executives who are part of an organizations’ Governance or Risk functions should attend this training.
