Looking at the multi-million dollar deals from recent partial divestments of local companies to international conglomerates, there are important and easy to grasp principles in terms of how they structured their deals and perceptions of their business models as well as key factors to achieve mutually beneficial win-win strategies.

    About the Trainer
    M Nazri has more than 12 years’ of investment and corporate finance experience, including spending the last 5 years advising SMEs in investments, business valuation, equity structuring and financial due diligence in mergers and acquisition activities. His SME portfolio extends to more than 2,500 enterprises in Singapore in various industry groups and business life cycles. He is the current CEO of Vector Scorecard (VSC) Asia-Pacific Group, a solutions provider of proprietary scorecard expert systems and methodologies.
