Speaker
Prof. Veena Jadhav is currently an Assistant Professor with SP Jain Center of Management, Singapore. She is an HR professional with 14 years experience in the area of Strategic HR Consulting and HR operations. Her core competence is in designing and implementation of HR processes aligned to business outcomes in the area of Strategic HR, Rewards Management, Performance Management and technology and analytics interventions. Some of the industries where she has actively engaged or consulted are Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Telecom and Management Consulting. In her current role, she is responsible for designing and delivery of courses for post graduate students in the area such as Strategic HRM, Compensation and Benefits. In addition, she is closely affiliated with leading corporate bodies in mentoring student research and industry projects.
