    Chee Yee Hwee, Senior Consultant with the Rewards Information Services (RIS) in Hay Group Singapore. Yee Hwee is Senior Consultant of Hay Group Singapore. Yee Hwee has worked closely with clients across Asia in areas such as the analysis of total compensation framework, benefits policy assessment, analysis and benchmarking. Yee Hwee is also the Oil & Gas Sector Leader for Reward Information Services, Singapore, working with various Oil & Gas companies across the value chain in the strategic implementation of their Compensation and Benefits initiatives.
