“Mayflower” will be one of the first residential projects to be launched in the Guangzhou Knowledge City (GKC). Located in the Luogang District, Guangzhou, China, GKC is a large-scale integrated development jointly owned by Singbridge International Singapore Pte Ltd (“Singbridge”) and Guangdong Development District (an agency owned by the Guangzhou Municipal Government).
As an effort to fast-track the development of GKC, Singbridge is separately acquiring a piece of land in GKC to develop a residential project “Mayflower”. “Mayflower” aims to be a showcase of high quality and sustainable residential living for GKC, the new green-field township development for Guangzhou. With a land area of 18.5 hectares, the “Mayflower” project is located in the 6 km² Start-Up Area which is in the southern part of the GKC. “Mayflower” will have a residential gross floor area of 410,000 m² and will be developed over 3 - 4 phases. In addition, the precinct will include a Neighbourhood Centre, Cultural Centre, Kindergarten, Primary School and other amenities.
Singapore companies are cordially invited to attend this briefing session which will share about the development plans of the “Mayflower” project. We encourage Singapore companies to explore business opportunities in the “Mayflower” project. The event will also include a briefing on the regulatory requirements for Singapore companies to participate in residential development projects in China.
