In the latest quarterly Business Expectations Survey conducted by the Singapore Department of Statistics, a net weighted 27% of firms in the services sector look forward to a rosy outlook from Oct 2010 to Mar 2011. A net weighted balance of 39% of hoteliers foresees better business prospects from October 2010 - March 2011. Most sub-sectors such as wholesale trade (38%), financial services (34%), retail (29%), transport & storage (22%), information & communications (21%) and business services (12%) also expect healthy business outlook.
