In the world of international business, certain issues and disputes will inevitably arise and such disputes can be resolved through the use of arbitration. To provide businesses with the tool to resolve such disputes and to better understand how arbitration works, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), as ICC Singapore National Committee, are organising a lunchtime get-together on arbitrating logistics and transportation disputes.
