The relationship between employer and employee is regulated largely by the employment act. It provides the terms and conditions of employment, the rights and obligations of employers and employees. It is important for HR practitioners to have an in-depth understanding of its interpretation and application. This workshop will provide participants with the understanding of the concepts and the practical application.

All members are encouraged to attend this workshop to acquire a good understanding of the various provisions of the Employment Act.


The Workshop Leader
Kala Anandarajah has been a Partner at Rajah & Tann for over a decade and practices in the field of Competition, Trade, Corporate, Corporate Governance, Employment, and Environmental Laws.
