Managing risk and improving cash flow in today’s fast paced & globalised business environment are more challenging than ever:
  • Higher risk of incurring substantial losses
  • Companies are paying slower due to economic pressures and business practices; there is a greater focus on       increasing cash flow
  • Finance, Credit & Sales departments are expected to do more with less without assuming additional risk.
Unfortunately many companies are becoming more reactive instead of being proactive, which is strategically preferable.

This series is designed to help those responsible for credit granting, collections and sales to upgrade their practices by implementing proven sound practices throughout the entire order-to-cash process.

    Objectives/Target Audience

Business owners, finance, audit & sales staff to learn more about sound credit management practices and its importance towards their company’s sustainability by being prepared to implement and review control measures to help improve the collections of Accounts Receivables.
