The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and The Indus Entrepreneurs Singapore Limited (TiE Singapore) together with the support of the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) are pleased to present a seminar on “Process improvement for Productivity Enhancement“.

About the Speaker:
Mr Hariharan is a Director in Savoir faire Management Services Pvt Ltd a company co-founded by him in 1994. He is an FCA, AICWAI.

Mr Hariharan has done pioneering work in the field of Strategic Cost Management. He has conducted more than 500 training programs and trained a number of managers on the concept of Total Profit Improvement (TPI), Cost Excellence (CE) and Performance Management System (PMS). He is a visiting faculty for SP Jain Institute of Management and Great Lakes Institute of Management.

Mr Hariharan is a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs). As a charter member, he mentors entrepreneurs in their initiatives. He also does mentoring of wannabe entrepreneurs with business ideas through the business plan initiative of ECell- the IIT Bombay Mentorship program.
