The Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy will be organising the Work-Life Conference 2010 on Thursday, 26 August 2010 from 9:15am to 4:30pm at Resorts World Sentosa.

The Conference brings together employers, union representatives and government to generate greater adoption of Work-Life initiatives in Singapore. Participants will get to learn from prominent Work-Life champions and HR practitioners, and network with fellow participants who share the belief in harnessing Work-Life Strategy as critical competitive advantage to attract, motivate and retain staff.

The Guest-of-Honour for the Conference is Mr Hawazi Daipi, Chairperson of the Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy and Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Health & Manpower. Work-Life expert, Dr. Ellen Ernst Kossek, Distinguished Professor at Michigan State University and Associate Director of the Center for Work, Family Health and Stress in the U.S. will talk about how Work-Life strategies can boost productivity and enhance your quality of life. There are workshops in the afternoon that offer practical tips and tools on flexible work arrangements, management of Work-Life programmes and personal Work-Life effectiveness.
