Many businesses believe that crisis will never happen to them. Crisis is a serious threat and can strike anyone, without warning. The recent flash flood, along Orchard Road is a classic example of a sudden crisis. Businesses and individuals were caught unprepared. Millions of dollars were literally washed away.

This workshop aims to address this important issue and to create awareness for businesses to give more attention to this critical management function. With a proper crisis management plan in place, businesses will be able to deal with any crisis effectively.

All SBF members are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop to acquire a good understanding on this subject matter and its implications to your businesses.
