Using a mix of presentations, practical examples and case studies, this seminar aims to demonstrate an effective and proven approach in moving ahead of your competitors regardless of the industry you are in.

Participants will be shown how mission/vision, strategic goals/thrusts are deployed to all functions and all levels of employees with a Strategic Deployment Management System (SDMS). The participants will also be shown how SDMS is integrated with a Performance Measurement System, Performance Management System, ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, and Continuous Improvement System to establish a competitive advantage in an organization.

With practical examples and case studies, the speaker will share his experiences on how a holistic and integrated management system has been successfully implemented in an engineering company.

i) Optimization of resource allocation and ii) Improvement of management systems

About the Speaker:

Mr. Fong Ho Keng is the CEO and Founder of FHK Group of Companies that are in the business of management consultancy, software solutions, and property investments. He is also the principal consultant of HIMS Management Consultants LLP.

Ho Keng has a wealth of experience in productivity and has written the book “Moving towards Quality Excellence – Third Edition”, used as a text book in one of the tertiary institutions here.
