Learn about the 6-Sigma approach to productivity- Ever wonder how top-tier Japanese (automotive) and American companies (General Electric) increase productivity? Ever thought about how to increase quality through defects reduction? How does one identify defects at source?

What are the symptoms and tell-tale signs which we can seek to remedy our demand forecasting, sales, marketing, inventory, and production areas? A production and post-sales service business model is placed under the workshop microscope for your learning.
