International Enterprise (IE) Singapore and Singapore Business Federation are pleased to present the first Africa Singapore Business Forum (ASBF) on 14-15 July 2010.
With a domestic market of more than 1 billion people, Africa presents ample business opportunities for Singapore-based businesses and investors. ASBF 2010 aims to foster stronger trade and investment linkages between Africa and Singapore. It is the premier platform for Singapore companies to discover opportunities presented by the African market, profile their capabilities to visiting African delegations and network with African government officials and businesses alike.
An engaging programme has been planned comprising panel discussions on the business and investment climate in Africa, and how Singapore can position itself as the gateway to Africa-Asia business. This will be followed by sector-focused breakout sessions where African delegates will profile specific opportunities available in their countries. The business matching session and networking cocktail will also provide ample opportunity for delegates to network with African government officials and business leaders.
The Forum will be capped by site visits hosted by key Singaporean agencies and companies showcasing world-leading capabilities in infrastructure, water management, transport, info-communications, education and healthcare.
