This briefing aims to inform key stakeholders of their responsibilities under the WSH Act when its coverage is extended to cover all workplaces by September 2011. Participants can learn from speakers from Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the WSH Council about the Act, key WSH hazards in most workplaces as well as available Compliance Assistance tools. The knowledge gained at this briefing will allow companies more than a year to start preparing their workplaces for the coverage of the Act.
