Mr. Suzuki (Dr. Practice) has been contributing to many Asian countries including Japan in Practical Productivity/Competitiveness Improvement by applying ‘Use-Ware’.'

Use-Ware' was born in Singapore. It is a Key Concept to develop your own only-one way for Practical Productivity/ Competitiveness Improvement.

In this seminar, Mr. Suzuki will explain briefly about ‘Use-Ware’, and share his experience in a Manufacturing Co. in Japan. Lessons from Japanese Practice will give you some guidelines on how to apply ‘Use-Ware’ in your business.


SPEAKER PROFILE

Mr Hajime SUZUKI-
A Professional Engineer in Management Engineering authorised by Japanese Government, who has rich experience in overseas training and consultancy in practical productivity improvement. He started his international career in 1979 and had served as a JICA expert for the Singapore Productivity Development Project during 1984 to 1990. Since then he has engaged with training projects on 5S, KAIZEN, Production/Quality Management, JIT, TQM, TPM, Integrated Productivity Improvement (IPI) and Knowledge Management for over 20 countries worldwide. Mr. Suzuki graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology and obtained his master’s degree on Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan
