The financial meltdown has set pulses racing and expended much resources. With the worst seemingly behind us, it is timely to take stock of our personal, family and financial life, to capitalise on opportunities from the economic upturn. While we might have experienced work-life disharmony fighting for survival during the economic downturn, we now need to replenish our emotional and physical reserves, to rise up to future work-life challenges. At the corporate level, companies also need to re-look at how their HR practices could be better employed to engage and rejuvenate their employees. In this seminar, we will explore how mental flexibility can help us achieve success in fulfilling both work and personal goals, and coping with the exigencies of life. We will also take a closer look at some of the best practices that HR can put in place to help their employees attain work-life integration.
