Office Productivity can be very different and difficult for companies to measure. After all, workflow and processes within the office space require output in various ways.

Business processes are lifelines to organizations and possessing the right skills and knowledge to discover, review, design and improve processes can help companies to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness, which in productivity terms, reduced input and increased output. With the emphasis on increasing office productivity, organizations have to ensure that their business processes are equipped to meet this requirement.

This full day workshop will guide and equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform process discovery and recommend improvements so as to achieve all the benefits of streamlined and efficient processes. Facilitates and enable participants to understand office productivity and through adopting BPM to achieve organizational strategic objectives and desired outcomes.

Trainers
Ms Jasmine Tan graduated from a leading Australian University, trained in 8 Omega BPM Framework, is a ACTA certified trainer. Currently, she is responsible for helping organizations within the Asean region to adopt BPM best practices at Bizmann System (S) Pte Ltd.

She also conducts BPR training with Singapore Polytechnic, under WSQ and she also speaks at seminars/workshops on business process improvements within Asean. She has close to a decade of experience in the area of business, organizational wide business process improvement and workflow automations. Ms Tan has also successfully helped organizations like BMW, Asia Logistics, Sankyu Logistics and Nuplex Resins enjoyed huge ROI through her BPM projects.
