The Singapore Business Federation together with the Competition Commission of Singapore(CCS) jointly organise the seminar on the Dos and Don’ts of the Competition Act for SBF members. Along with highlighting the major prohibitions in the Act, the seminar will also cover the role of CCS as an enforcement agency. For example, the seminar will examine certain conduct that may infringe the Act. The seminar will also take a closer look at issues relating to the recent infringement decision (against 16 coach operators and their association, EBAA ) issued by the CCS. Please visit

Mr Harikumar s/o Sukumar Pillay, Assistant Director (Legal & Enforcement), CCS
Harikumar holds a B.Eng (Mechanical and Production Engineering) from the National University of Singapore and a First Class Honours in Law from the University of Leicester, UK. His previous job experience include stints at the Supreme Court of Singapore and as a litigation lawyer Drew & Napier LLC. Harikumar's work at CCS includes analyzing industries and markets, addressing policy implications on the Competition Act and carrying out investigative and legal work with the Legal and Enforcement team at CCS
