We are happy to share that this transformative learning programme is now available exclusively for CEOs of selected SMEs in Singapore
Jointly organised by GE, SPRING Singapore and Singapore Business Federation (SBF), the 4 day residential programme will examine the complex inter-relationships among leadership choices, management decisions, bottom-line business results, team diagnosis techniques and action planning. Participants will be taught by GE's Chief Learning Officer and be exposed to first-hand contact and insights from business leaders from various functions and industries.

Understanding Diverse Styles with Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
- Participants complete the MBTI Assessment.
- Know the different personality types - Extraversion (E) vs Introversion (I), Sensing (S) vs Intuition (N), Thinking (T) vs F (Feeling), Judgment (J) vs Perception (P).
- How to manage conflict and work together as a team given the different personalities
Teambuilding & GRPI (Goals, Roles, Processes and Interpersonal Relationships) Model
- How to build effective teams
- Use of GRPI model to help build team effectiveness
Team Contracting
- Based on the understanding of MBTI, team will discuss and agree to work on the identified areas of development
- Use of GRPI model to work as a team effectively
Business Case
- Participants will be given reading materials - a business case study for the
- Simulation Session
Company Values & Culture
- Sharing of GE values and culture and how it has helped GE bind employees in one common identity and goal, increase awareness and productivity and ultimately grow the company

About the Trainers:
Rachita Sahgal, Chief Learning Office of GE Asia Pacific joined GE in 2000 in GE Capital to set up operations for the eLearning division to develop learning solutions for GE businesses globally, after 11 years with NIIT Ltd., India.
From 2004 she was Regional Manager of GE Leadership Development (Crotonville) for India. Rachita has taken a strong leadership role in the GE Women’s Network in Asia. In July 2009 she took over as the Crotonvillle Leader for GE in Asia Pacific.
She combines expertise in learning and development with a strong background in operations and experience in business development. She holds a Bachelors degree each in English and Education and a diploma in Montessori.
Anil K Sood practices as an independent professional helping firms build growth capability through customised consulting solutions. He is a PGDM and Fellow from IIM, Ahmedabad and combines strong industry and academic experience. Anil is also a member of Economic Affairs Council and Corporate Governance Committee of CII Southern Region.
Advanced Management Programme (AMP) Criteria
SMEs must fulfil criteria (A) and (B), OR (A) and (C).
(A) Size and growth
- At least S$10 million in annual sales turnover#, or
- At least S$5 million in annual sales turnover# and company growth exceeding industry average, or
- At least 50 staff and company growth exceeding industry average
(B) Markets
- Revenue from overseas markets, including sales from non-domestic sources, foreign exports, or sales bound overseas via local intermediary
(C) Operations
- Investments in foreign operations, or
- Multiple establishments^
- SMEs are defined as companies with at least 30% local shareholding, group fixed assets below S$15 million and less than 200 employees
# Turnover to include only value added products and services
^ Examples of establishments include outlets, factories, facilities

Administrative Details

To register, please complete the AMP application form and fax it together with a copy of the company's ACRA to 6827 6801 or 6734 0610 and followed by mailing a copy of the original copy of the form to SBF (10 Hoe Chiang Road, #22-01 Keppel Towers, Singapore 089315).
Participants will be notified via email within 2 weeks of application if they are eligible for the Advanced Management Programme Funding(from SPRING Singapore)
Cheque should be made payable to "Singapore Business Federation". Please indicate the Ref No. and company's name, participant’s name at the back of the cheque.
Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. No cancellation will be allowed upon registration. No refund will be made for cancellation or non-attendance.
Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to the company upon receipt of full payment.
Admission shall only be allowed upon presentation of confirmation email from SBF.
