About the Speakers
Mr David Lock is a thought leader and founder of Arrows with Soul, David has achieved tremendous milestones in the fields of Work-Life Effectiveness, Employee Engagement and the New Economy. Arrows with Soul is a world’s first comprehensive DNA and roadmap for a “heart-ware orientation” to work-life effectiveness. Since its inception 3 years ago, the holistic and generative Arrows with Soul DNA has spawned highly acclaimed variants for leadership, mental resilience and service. A much sought-after speaker, David has appeared on National Radio and Television and numerous local and international conferences on the same subject. David was invited by Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP-USA) to present Arrows with SoulTM in 2006 at Austin, Texas, USA. In 2008, David was conferred the prestigious Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP-USA) Work-Life Rising Star Award. With this award, David has been invited to be part of AWLP's think tank in the field of work-life research and development.
Ms Evelyn Kwek is a Senior Consultant with OTi Consulting. She brings with her a wealth of experience from a dynamic public sector organization in the areas of change management, performance management, leadership development and talent management. In her consulting role at OTi, she heads the Organization Excellence team, working closely with numerous consultancy and training clients in the areas of Business Excellence, Work-Life Strategies and Organization Audits and Diagnosis. Evelyn is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration with the Singapore Management University on a SPRING Management Development Scholarship.
