Profile of Speakers
Mr Jacky Tai graduated with a marketing degree from one of the top 10 American universities. His most valuable marketing lessons, however, have come from the school of hard knocks. Since graduation, he has headed the marketing department of several start-ups in the United States and Singapore. The hyper-competition of today’s business environment taught him that what separates successful companies form also-rans is often the right strategy. He joined International Enterprise Singapore in 2004 as its branding manager, developing brand education programmes to train Singapore companies. He also writes regular Branding Tips column in E-Marketer magazine for the Marketing Institute of Singapore and contributes articles to marketing magazines, websites and newsletters. He is the Principal Consultant covering the Singapore market at StrategiCom.
Mr Lim How is a psychologist-researcher by training (M.S., Yale University), and a corporate trainer-consultant by profession. In the past 10 years, he has conducted more than 1000 seminars and workshops, and provided consulting services to major corporations in several parts of the world including Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, UK, and the USA. Broadly, his professional passions include teaching/training, consulting, research, and writing. He has also written the following books, Seeds of Winning (1999), Stronger Heart, Wiser Mind. (2001), Reality Management: Four big ideas (working project).
