In the face of economic uncertainty, NUS, SPRING Singapore and SBF have jointly initiated the NUS-SPRING-SBF Business Advisors Program (BAP) to provide local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with talented professionals on short-term assignments.
Tapping on the NUS alumni PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians), the consultants and business advisors will come with comprehensive skill sets and in-depth experience in various industries. Some have extensive technical backgrounds, while others have strong marketing credentials, and most have considerable experience working in multinational companies.
They will be a great source of business ideas and managerial talent for SMEs - to build up strength in core competencies and develop unique value propositions; improve efficiencies; explore new opportunities for growth with new products and services or a lean supply chain; leveraging ICT; or creating new marketing channels.
SPRING Singapore will fund up to 30 projects, at 70% of project fees and the SMEs which benefit will sponsor the remaining 30%.
SMEs who are interested to benefit from this limited opportunity are encouraged to attend the launch of the BAP program on 31 Jul and to register your interest.
The launch will feature presentation on the NUS-SPRING-SBF Business Advisors Program, panel discussion involving SME companies which will benefit form the program as well as Q&A on the program and networking reception.
Due to limited seats for this launch, participants are encouraged to register early to avoid disappointment.
For more information and registration for the BAP program as well as details of the 31 Jul launch of BAP, please call Ms. Fion Ong at 6827- 6838 for more details.
