Managing Risk Exposures
The global economic downturn can provide the perfect breeding ground for fraud, corruption and financial crime. At the same time, government regulators are getting tougher, exposing more and more companies to regulation violation. With increased pressure to follow the regulators lead, how will these combined forces impact your business and how can you protect yourself from the latest trends in fraud and corruption?
Financial institutions and financial services providers are especially at risk, operating in an environment of increased accountability and regulation. Clients are becoming more aware of their legal rights in the event of a financial loss, and the number and size of claims being brought against fund managers and advisory firms are rapidly rising. This puts professional indemnity, directors & officers' liability and financial crime risk management squarely in spotlight.
In this talk, we have invited experts to give their perspectives on how you can protect your business in this difficult environment.
