SPRING Singapore is pleased to invite you to the Seminar on Supply Chain Security and Resilience. The seminar will be held on 26 August 2011 (Friday), from 2pm to 5pm at TUV SUD PSB Auditorium, 1 Science Park Drive, Singapore 118221. The seminar is supported by the Singapore Chemical Industry Council and Singapore Logistics Association.
The seminar will provide an overview of the ISO 28000 series of standards on supply chain security management systems. These standards can help companies address cross-functional supply chain risks in their businesses as well as help companies to align their supply chain policies and procedures to meet trans-border regulations & requirements.
Two companies will be sharing their experience on the implementation of ISO 28000 and how the implementation of ISO 28000 has made their supply chain more secured. Implementation of ISO 28000 will also help companies in enhancing the protection of their assets, brand and shareholder value.
Companies will also gained a better understanding on supply chain security risks and trans-border supply chain security programmes such as the World Customs Organisation’s Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Programme and the Singapore Custom’s Secure Trade Partnership Programme.
