The 4th ASEAN and Asia Forum (AAF), organised by Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), and supported by Singapore Business Federation (SBF), is a flagship event of SIIA which is a dialogue for thought leaders on ASEAN and Asia's futures. This year, the challenges and opportunities related for growth in the energy, environment and economic sector, especially in light of the "black swan" Japan earthquake will be discussed. Leading keynote speakers at the forum will include Christine Loh, CEO of the Civic Exchange and TIME, Hero of the Environment; Rizal Sukma, Executive Director, Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS),Mr. Muhamad Noor Yacob, Executive Director, APEC Secretariat etc.
