Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Professional Level – Building (6th intake)
The Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) Programme offers a formal training and certification system in the area of energy management. Candidates who meet enrolment requirements can specialise in either the 'Building' or 'Industry' track. SEAS is a registered training provider for SCEM training at the Professional Level for both Building and Industry Specialisation.
The SCEM Professional Level training – Building Sector 6th intake is now opened for registration. The full training suite to earn a SCEM certification requires the completion of all 4 core modules and 2 building elective modules.

Course Fee
- Successful grant applicants need only pay a subsidized course fee of SGD$900 upfront (For new grant applicants only).
- The full course fee without the training grant is SGD$5,500 upfront.
