This high-level seminar will tackle the latest corporate governance issues and help participants understand the importance of corporate governance in today’s difficult financial climate. Held in conjunction with APEC SME ministerial week and endorsed by the APEC Business Advisory Council, the Singapore Business Federation, the Asian Corporate Governance Association, and the U.S. National Center for APEC, the seminar will also serve as an opportune platform for SMEs to hear how risk management can add value to their operations.
